- All products have a window of 21 days after the delivery date to initiate a return or request a refund. Just shoot us an email at info@girlygreetings.com. 

- If your product arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing error, we've got you covered! Please attach some photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue swiftly at our email info@girlygreetings.com.

- Oh, honey, we totally get it - sometimes a different design just speaks to you. Unfortunately, due to our close relationship with our manufacturer, we can't accept returns for a change of heart in color or design.

- Delivery issues? Don't sweat it, babe! If there are any problems with your delivery, email us at info@girlygreetings.com and we'll work our magic to sort things out as fast as possible!
